Loved our stay at the Longbourne Lodge! It felt very quaint and peaceful. We enjoyed our breakfast on the outdoor patio, and it's just a quick drive to Dunedin!

Lovely rural spot and only 5 minutes from town and supplies. The room was warm and well-appointed. Loved the shower. Great pressure and hot. Good wifi. Lovely grounds and view, and we were there on a very quiet weekend. I can see it being a great option for families and groups. The only comment I would make is that the bed was two singles pushed together which made for a slight hump in the middle, not conducive for morning snuggles, but that is a very minor observation.

A wonderful rural property that is only a short drive to the shops in Mosgiel. So appreciative that they allow dogs and they went out of their way to make sure we were all set up for a comfortable stay.

I have stayed at Longbourne multiple times before. Enjoy coming back each it. Love the rural setting the peace and quiet. The owners are lovely, friendly and accommodating. Tehe units are modern, warm and functional. Unfortunately after days and days of rain the grounds were sodden on this occasion and I didnt explore the gardens and grounds this trip. Will be back. Thanks
