We had a delightful stay. The apts were comfortable, well appointed, nice bedding and thoughtful touches. Cecelia was a great host and offered several recommendations of things to see and do. The location was close to city center - easy access to everything we wanted to do. This is a find.

Great location. Only drawback was one toilet and considering 6 people could occupy the premises it seems odd.

The property was lovely and the lady running the establishment was very nice. They came frequently to clean, swap out towels for clean ones, and empty the trash. It was an easy stay, in a lovely apartment.

My husband I were so impressed with this studio apartment. The space was functional, the design efficient. We had lots of storage space, and the washer and dryer were a big bonus. We stayed here for six nights, and did not run out of things to see and do in the Dunedin area. Special thanks to Cecilia, the lovely host, who greeted us so warmly. We really enjoyed meeting her. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Self Check in which is great. But has not contacted me regarding payment as I would like to settle my bill and retrieve a GST receipt. Communication is extremely poor. I have contacted them on several occasions and left 4 voicemail messages to no avail. Very disorganised.

Tæt på byen, men noget kuperet for at komme op til lejligheden fra byen. Store rum - manglede dog et sofabord. Køkkenet var minimalistisk udstyret. Dejligt vi kunne vaske tøj og nem parkering - pas på når du kører ud.

Hidden garden sanctuary

The perfect secret hideaway in the heart of dunedin. I loved the gardens and the space to sit out. The property had everything you could possibly need and a lovely welcome from Cecylia too.

Good location. It didn’t meet expectations. The 3 bedroom unit we were in did not have two bathrooms. It had one with a seperate shower room. Only one toilet. 2 couples travelling together and we expected 2 complete bathrooms as advertised. Manager did not return calls we made. Beds very soft. We would not return.
