Beautiful hotel with AMAZING STAFF! They begin with a lovely cup of tea on check in, and Romano was SO fast at bringing my bags up to my room! Even though I came in during the rain, AND peak busy check in time. Romano was hustling between drying the floors so nobody slipped, greeting clients, hauling bags, etc. Here’s the AMAZING part: when I checked out I accidentally left my carry on in the room! It had EVERYTHING in it: jewelry, medications, all my chargers, my tablet-basically my whole life: Romano REMEMBERED I was taking the train to Queenstown, and he jumped in the car and drove all the way to the station to catch me and return my bag!!! I was in TEARS of joy and relief! What an absolute ANGEL!

First up, the staff were amazing. From check in to breakfast to check out. Very knowledgeable, and helpful. The check in refreshment was a nice touch. The general decor was unique and we would certainly return. Parking may be a challenge but we were there for 2 nights and it wasnt an issue.
