The room had a very chemical smell to it which the operators claim was from the cleaning of the sheets (it wasn’t) The heating did not work in one room and was on a 2 hour timer in the other rooms which when asked about we were told you need to keep switching on; including in the night - yes you are expected to wake up every 2 hours to reset the heating to keep the rooms warm in Dunedin in the middle of winter. Clearly they have no real respect for guests and I would never recommend this property to others and will not be staying again

Weather was freezing and so was the unit.not enough good heating at all.had 3 layers on just to keep warm.will never stay in a unit like that in winter ever again.way too cold
