This was a really lovely clean hotel with a really nice feel about it. We really enjoyed our stay here and we’ll definitely come back. The only downside is the parking situation, there aren’t nearly enough spaces.

We were impressed by the ease of check-in, amenities in room ( including brand new appliances, electric stove, microwave, fridge with small freezer box and an ice cube tray, plates, glasses, cups, utensils… basically a fully equipped kitchenette). Well maintained and clean. Bed is comfortable, US king sized. ( rain ) shower with hot water. AC and heating . Windows in bedroom and sitting area open in case you want fresh air. Breakfast is basic ( scrambled eggs, beans, toast, OJ , coffee, tea ). WiFi included. Close to downtown and water walk. Parking for £15+/ night. M&S food across the road. Bus station steps away. Recommend for sure

Really lovely room, small kitchen area and bathroom. It was a warm day and unfortunately air conditioning was not working and the room was very hot so we did not sleep well at all. Breakfast was good but some things running out 45mins before the end of breakfast.

Lovely clean room. Really nice complimentary breakfast and the staff all smiley and helpful. I didn’t use the gym or laundry so can’t comment on that. Very centrally located. Caird Hall, McManus Museum, Abertay University and main shopping area all within 5 mins walk. Parking available at hotel but also plenty of car parks nearby.
