Wonderfully welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Nothing was any bother for the staff. Food was top class and priced very reasonably. Will certainly return in the future.

What an exceptional find! We loved this gorgeous little pub and accommodation. Great room and comfy bed, easy parking on street. Great location. Best thing of all were the staff at the pub. They couldn’t be more helpful and looked after us like royalty. The lady who served us during dinner and then again at breakfast is absolutely amazing - such a hard worker and so friendly! Would definitely stay here again!

Had a really good last minute stay. Room was really good. Check in was quick and staff very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast as the quality of some of the ingredients were not to my liking and had some ingredients missing. For my taste I felt the sausage and bacon were undercooked. Would definitely stay again but would go elsewhere for the breakfast.

Very comfortable stay, with great check-in and check-out times. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom :) Breakfasts and evening meals good value and very tasty. Helpful and pleasant staff. I can't wait to go back.

Golfing stay at the Fisherman’s Tavern

Well looked after from arrival to departure, including finding us a new room as we had ended our stay too early. Great breakfast and friendly bar service in this ideally situated hotel in Broughty Ferry, for a 1 week golf trip around Carnoustie! I would stay there again - no hesitation!
