We stayed a night in Duncan for an event, found this one and wasn’t sure at first but the rating made me go ahead and stay here for the price of the room and the cleanliness I was pleased, its a little older property but seems to be well maintained, I would 100% stay here again.

Nice cool room upon arrival

Check-in was easy, staff was efficient and helpful. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, shower had a good shower head that wasn't stingy with the water. Refrigerator worked well. A/C was turned on and room was nice and cool when we got there, which was so nice on a hot day.

Check in was great. Front desk lady was super pleasant and informative. One of the most pleasant check-ins I’ve had in a long time. Just needing a place to crash so was not looking for 5 star accommodations but everything up to laying down in bed as we speak was on or above par.

nice room for a fair price, they offered a smoking room! a rarity these days. The shower head was positioned high enough so I didn't have to stoop to get wet, had wall mounted shampoo/conditioner dispensers! Genius! Not a lot of tv channels to choose from but that's not a biggie. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

The hotel room we first got was awful. I had to clean the toilet because there was pee and who knows what else on and around it. The room smelt of so many different things it’s hard to pinpoint. Stains all over the sheets and also the chairs that were in the room. Staff was nice enough to sketch out rooms only to have baby cockroaches in that room. The smell wasn’t as bad but after that we were done. We were supposed to stay three nights only staying one. Still waiting for my refund on the other two nights. If you have a family with small kids do not stay here! But staff was super friendly and helpful and also accommodating.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. We were out all day. Got back to the room; no tv. The young man on duty came right over and took care of the problem immediately.

The staff was very accommodating and nice but the room was in need of a lot of attention. The room is musty and moldy smelling. There is no ventilation and the carpet felt wet all the time. I got a non smoking room but I could smell cigarettes from the vent in the bathroom.
