Check in was easy. The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was clean. This is what I expect from Hampton Inn. However, the bed was not very comfortable. It was pretty hard actually. Also, the air unit never got the room very cold. I had it on 68° and it stayed on the whole length of my stay. Overall I would give it a B.

Room and facilities were clean and the staff was always pleasant. Breakfast was good and the coffee was hot. Shower pressure was great on the 3rd floor and the soaps provided were fantastic! Spent two nights here for work and it was very nice to come back to relax.

The remodel of the property was top-notch. I was told it was two years old but it still looked so good and I knew as soon as I stepped in the lobby and the room that a remodel had taken place since my husband and I were there in the summer of 2022. The staff was extra helpful, professional and friendly. I love this property in Duncan where our business is and we will always stay there whenever we need to make a trip to visit our business.
