Such a charming bed and breakfast! Gorgeous view of the ocean and the property was in a well kept neighbourhood. The host was absolutely warm and welcoming. Made my boyfriend and I feel at home. We stayed one night , so it was a brief, but pleasant stay. Breakfast was so good! Will come back in the future for sure.

Nuch Cha Ree is an amazing host. She is so focused on catering to your every need and you can tell how much she loves having guests at her bed & breakfast. She cooked an amazing breakfast and we were on our way with a great nights sleep and full bellies. Definitely a great choice if you are staying in the Chemainus area.

Beautiful home and offered a lovely bedroom. The owner is lovely and very helpful. Nice to have breakfast included. we had an easy time parking, more difficult in the summer when people use the end-of-road to access the beach. On a steep hill, so a few flights of stairs to get inside to your room, but very nice once you are there.

The host was friendly and helpful. We stayed in the iron room and it was great for what we needed. The host made us a customized breakfast. It was clean and was within walking distance to the Doc Lewis park where the festival was located. There is a beach and a walking trail located directly in front of the home. I would stay here again.

I booked Eagle Rock Bed and Breakfast in Chemainus through Expedia while planning a trip that included Salt Spring Island. Shortly after booking, I realized the property was not located on Salt Spring Island and immediately attempted to cancel the reservation. Despite trying to cancel promptly, I was still charged. What makes this significantly worse is that I have repeatedly tried contacting the property using the phone number provided. No one answers. I have left multiple voicemails explaining the situation and asking someone to contact me, and I have received absolutely no response. Taking a guest’s money while being completely unreachable afterward is outrageous. Whether or not they want to hide behind a cancellation policy, a reputable business should at least ANSWER THE PHONE or return repeated messages from someone who has been charged. At this point I have paid for a stay I immediately tried to cancel, cannot get anyone at the property to speak with me, and have been left chasing them for my own money. That is not hospitality. That is not customer service. And it is certainly not how a legitimate, professionally operated accommodation should treat people. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering booking Eagle Rock Bed and Breakfast think twice before handing over their credit card information. If something goes wrong with your reservation, my experience suggests you may have an extremely difficult time getting anyone to respond. I will be pursuing thi

One perfect night on the island.

Fantastic host family. Friendly and welcoming but not intrusive. We had a great stay and they were very accommodating for our arrival and early departure times. Owner got up super early and made us a huge delicious breakfast. Very impressive hospitality.
