“Whilst the room was clean, it was very small and dated. Repairs already done require finishing, paintwork, screws etc. Bathroom tiny, nowhere to put anything and shower curtain a definitely 'no no'. Very dated and much tlc required. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast quality good but very limited choice. No inviting bar area available. Lovely building but requires a lot of tlc and maintenance. Sorry but won't be staying again.”

“My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the location and it was a quick walk along a path on the golf course to the town to explore all North Berwick has to offer.”
