“Staff were welcoming and helping us to locate a laundromat. We couldn't check in early unless we paid a fee so we went off for an hour. Room comfortable although with Premier Inn there's a sense of not all Premier inns are maintained the same. Walls scuffed, carpet looks scuffy and worn. The cleaner came barging in at 9am our room had been ticked off already as we have left. We hadn't. Much apologies, showing the board to where it supposedly we had checked out.”

“The cabin/cottages were nice, and updated. The restaurant Palomino and main building is getting dated and service is falling off. The breakfast was great as usual and most staff is friendly. Wifi is terrible and non-accessible or very slow at best”

“From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty in the stunning castle. Our bags were immediately taken to our room in the tower, reservations for dinners, suggestions for hikes and exploring and help with arrangements for our departure in a couple days. Breakfasts were phenomenal and top notch. Breakfast was delivered to our room on the day of departure at 4:30am and our bags taken back down to our rental car. The spa experience was exceptional.
