The stay was good. No coffee pot though. All the fixings for coffee but no pot. Called the front desk and they dismissed me. Frustrated but not the end of the world. Dishes were in the dishwasher from previous guests. So cleaned that up. Very convenient to the canal though so that was a plus. Free parking was a plus too.

The room was nice, clean, comfy bed, nice towels. The kitchen and appliances was very nice but lacked much in the way of utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs; the few silverware pieces available were dirty. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The hot tub was out of service the first day, back in service the following day. The pool was good. The restroom in the pool area was dirty, toilet wouldn’t flush, paper towels and toilet paper were just on the counter.the place needs some tlc in areas other than the rooms, which are very well put together. The area is walkable to restaurants, lake walk, etc, great location.
