We absolutely loved this property. It was central for everything we wanted to do. The rooms were clean and well maintained. When we had questions they were answered right away. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

There were lots of food and places to drink nearby. Room was very well set up and everything was clean/easy to use. Parking area in the back was a little dirty with poop on the ground. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Our room at The Intrepid was great. It is in an excellent location in downtown Duluth. We could walk to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The staff were quick to reply to any questions I had. Check in and out were very easy. Our room was spacious and clean. Despite being downtown, it was very quiet.

This was a great hotel to stay. The rooms were beautiful and new. Very quiet stay. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy, a fair amount of unhoused people and some unsavory characters. The building was very secure and I had zero worries once I was inside. Lots of breweries and places to eat near by. There is no staff on site but we didn’t need assistance. Everything was handled through email and text messages. It was an easy process.

Loved the room! Super comfortable, and the view of the lakefront was stunning. Room was clean, and welcoming. I love the ease of the access, to the room. Only suggestion for other travelers is to prebook your parking, as it can be limited in the area.

Not a great place for business travelers. The room was good but everything else was a hassle. Code to get in building was wrong. The code to get in the room was wrong. Parking is a hassle as well. While trying to pay for parking on a website that doesn’t work, I got messages saying my car was going to be towed. There are way better places to stay in Duluth that aren’t a hassle. I will say the lady I had to call over and over was very nice.

Had a nice spacious one bedroom suite with the Lakeview. It was nicely decorated and clean. There was an issue with the touchpad entering the building. It took several minutes just to get in the building. Other than that, everything was good.
