Our room was clean. We stayed on the 14th floor city view. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The view was beautiful at night. The restaurant on the top floor had a great view. The floors were a little sticky but the food and service was good. Had to be patient when waiting for elevators but to be expected with that many rooms/people staying there. I would stay there again.

The room was very clean. That was the only thing that was exceptional. The beds were comfortable. The front desk staff were not too friendly. It seemed like everyone working there hated their job. We got drinks at the bar. The bartender was friendly, but everyone else had a scowl on their face. Margaritas were not good!!

Grounds and property are run down and there is garbage everywhere outside. Garbage cans are very full around the property also. Being a pet friendly hotel, we struggled finding a clean area for our dog to relieve himself that wasn’t covered in old feces or garbage. The building itself was maintained ok, but the floors and carpets could use a thorough clean. Hot tub was closed, pool had sharp points (we think a broken light or jet?) that cut one of our children. This was our least expensive choice for dog friendly places to stay in the area, so we definitely weren’t expecting perfection, but the maintenance could be worked on in the future. The staff is wonderful, inviting, and very helpful.
