We chose Force on Fifth as it was across the street from our destination. Our room was fantastic. It was very quiet and comfortable. We were in and out, but I am impressed with the kitchenette and can easily see staying for days while exploring the area. Very pleasant stay. The walk to the lift bridge was a couple of blocks, excellent location. Ask about the history of the building, very interesting. I highly recommend!

The location is walkable to Canal Park. The studio was quite large, with a minimalist modern design, including a couch, chair and table with two chairs for eating. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean with plenty of towels. The only complaint was that the floor and tables could have cleaner as there were a few crumbs and dust visible.

Parking was not bad but you do have to pay it’s right across the street from the hotel. I had a beautiful studio room with the city view. Had a whole mini kitchen stocked with utilities needed. I recommend this place as a place to stay at.

Great to have the kitchenette. Really enjoyed the layout of the room. Did not like that our shower was covered in pubic hair and the staff did not clean it after we told them about it. Had to clean to pubic hair myself after waiting 12 hours for them to come.

The hotel is updated, clean, and spacious! It was nice to have a kitchenette with a stovetop and all of the necessary items to make some food if needed. The one negative is the water pressure. There was hardly any pressure in the sinks and shower which becomes annoying when trying to shower or clean dishes.

Force on Fifth Avenue is a new boutique hotel conveniently located in the heart of downtown Duluth just across the street from the Duluth Public Library and the Historic Union Depot. The suite that accommodated the 6 of us had a king-sized bed in one room and a queen-sized bed in the other room with a bathroom in each of the rooms. There’s also a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The staff were very friendly and accommodating (Elia and Tia). The suite had a lakeside view. I was able to take pictures of the Amsoil Arena, the Great Lakes Aquarium, the Aerial Lift Bridge, the Bayfront Festival Park, and the William Irvin Museum.

The hotel is new and nice, very convenient location. The rooms are lovely and the kitchen amenities allow for eating in room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only drawback is no onsite parking, there are 2 options within a block, one allows for coming and going throughout the day for a $10/day charge. I’d give this 4 1/2 ⭐️
