Fabulous stay - the room was exceptional; large, well-appointed, comfortable, clean. We had minor issues with water pressure at the kitchenette sink and with parking. Will undoubtedly stay here next time in Duluth.

Definitely recommend staying here! I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Duluth. Some things were within walking distance, which was super convenient! The only downside was that they didn’t offer breakfast at all, which sucked a little, but it all worked out since there were lots of really good breakfast options in the area!

We chose Force on Fifth as it was across the street from our destination. Our room was fantastic. It was very quiet and comfortable. We were in and out, but I am impressed with the kitchenette and can easily see staying for days while exploring the area. Very pleasant stay. The walk to the lift bridge was a couple of blocks, excellent location. Ask about the history of the building, very interesting. I highly recommend!

The location is walkable to Canal Park. The studio was quite large, with a minimalist modern design, including a couch, chair and table with two chairs for eating. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean with plenty of towels. The only complaint was that the floor and tables could have cleaner as there were a few crumbs and dust visible.

Parking was not bad but you do have to pay it’s right across the street from the hotel. I had a beautiful studio room with the city view. Had a whole mini kitchen stocked with utilities needed. I recommend this place as a place to stay at.

Great to have the kitchenette. Really enjoyed the layout of the room. Did not like that our shower was covered in pubic hair and the staff did not clean it after we told them about it. Had to clean to pubic hair myself after waiting 12 hours for them to come.
