Friendly staff, check in was fast and great restaurants around here l. Really close to Gordy's Hi Hat which the food was phenomenal!! Just like my stay at the hotel. Highly recommend staying here.

The room was overpriced. The baseboard heaters were broken. There was 2 different carpet patterns held down by painters tape. The floorboard base boards were missing. The reading lamps by the bed were so high up i couldn't reach them standing by the bed. The bed frame was held together with tape. Breakfast was nice. The TV in the room was good. The bathroom mirror was nice too.

The staff during our visit was exceptional!! Very helpful and accommodating. Fresh coffee was available at 3pm , which is unusual for hotels. Once again, I can't say enough good things about the staff.

A very nice property, located near restaurants, shopping, etc. Well appointed room, spacious with separated bath area. Comforable bed, excellent towels, comprehensive breakfast in a large area with adjacent sunny porch area for a windowed overview of the northern part of the city. Excellent staff and housekeeping made our stay very pleasant. I recommend this property.

There was no air conditioning due to shutting them up for the winter by mid October. The room was extremely hot unless you opened a window, which only helped so much. The hot tub was closed. Nothing great for the price.

We were very impressed by the staff. Our TV didn't work, but we were given a discount. It sounded like a lot of new things were added to the hotel, but there were problems with the new additions. We were able to watch TV in the lobby. We enjoyed the pool.

Very convenient motel for attending the hockey game at the local arena. Desk clerk was one of the best I've encountered. Very friendly and helpful, gave us a terrific restaurant recommendation, and responded quickly to any requests.

We arrived at 3:am, instructions were clearly posted on the front door regarding checking in. The desk clerk was very helpful. Although we slept very little due to the late arrival and 11:00 am check out, the stay was comfortable.

Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even though we are both ambulatory, there was not an elevator for those who are non-ambulatory. The room was clean but dated. Tried to plug in our chargers for our cellphones and several of the outlets did not work as the connections were too loose. The light bulb in the lamp above the coffee maker was out.
