There was no room available upon arrival. I am still waiting for the refund. The ownership of this place apparently changed two years ago. Do not book here.

The manager knocked my door during mid night and walked in without permission. I could totally call the police. This is totally unacceptable. This hotel should be removed from Expedia.

there was no one responsible there at all , no reception and we waited there like 1 hour to find someone! the room was not clean , we asked them to come again and clean the toilet. the bed was not comfortable. the fridge was there but not working. the only positive point of this hotel is to be close the train station. that is it !

After payment I was supposed to receive an e-mail and text message with instructions on how to enter the hotel. Off-line check in, no person in check dedsk. Until arrival, I did not receive any message. There was someone in the hotel (speaking only German - the hotel offered contact in English) gave me keys, one towel and a roll of toilet paper. There were two more towels in the room (ages ago they were white) it was supposed to be for two people. In the bathroom, a broken tap on the sink (I took a video) Shower dirty, water drain blocked with unremoved hair. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Eines der schlimmsten, wenn nicht die schlimmste hitel erfahrung meines lebens. Vollkommen runter gekommen, absolut kaputes hotel mit kaputtem klientel. Die ganze Nacht gingen die Türen auf und zu und extrem hohes traffic in den Zimmern
