Sadly there was no breakfast though my booking had implied breakfast included. But a lovely member of staff did spontaneously drum up a comprehensive continental breakfast (including croissants) for my daughter and me. Thanks for this! We had the room wth the river view very nice.

Issues with payment and invoicing

Late arrival was managed by the desk with no issue (even though they do not have 24h desk). Problem with payment - selected pay at the desk option - but the hotel took money directly from the deposit credit card (issues with reimbursement). All in all the hotel met the expectations. Room was on the river side. A bit noisy, but good view and fresh during summer.

Um 18.30 Uhr niemand an der Rezeption: Schlüssel im Briefkasten. Niemand zum Frühstück. Kein Mülleimer im Bad. Keine Seife/Shampoo in der Dusche. Nicht viele Steckdosen. Aber sonst sauber, Bett bequem! Ich empfehle die Zimmer mit Blick auf den Fluss, sonst hat man keinen schönen Blick. Wir benötigen das Auto um irgendwo zu essen.
