Easily accessible, close to the tram and close to where we had to be. It was clean, bathroom was nice and the highlight for us was the fridge and the closeness to the supermarket. A/C was a nice bonus and it wasn't really noisy. Pillows could have been better though.

Avoid rooms next to elevators

Could have been so much better. We got put in a room next to the elevators. Every time the elevators went up and down, there was a loud rumbling through the wall. It was an extremely busy weekend and the elevators were going every few seconds. I asked at reception to move rooms, and the answer was they are full. More than one person throughout our stay stated that they do not book out the rooms next to the elevators unless they are fully booked. So, they clearly know the rooms next to the elevators are not fit for purpose! We were advised we could change rooms the following morning, however in the cold light of the next morning it did not prove that simple. About 1pm and third different person of asking, a very helpful person did allocate us a different room. The first night really spoilt it for us.

Also man muss beim Check In 50,- Euro Kaution hinterlassen es sei den das Sie was im Hotel Kaufen aber nicht bezahlen ihre Daten sind nicht hinterlassen. Es soll eine Absicherung sein Lüge . Sie bezahlen Pro Person ab 18 Jahren 3,- Euro Tax Free also Touristen Steuer das wird Ihnen nicht am Empfang Bescheid gegeben beim Abreisetag wird es Eiskalt in den 50,- Euro Kaution abgezogen sagt Ihnen aber keiner. Man bezahlt ein Haufen Geld den noch weitere versteckte Gebühren angeblich ist es nicht in dem Preis enthalten für wieviele Tage Sie das Zimmer gebucht haben sollte demnach auch diese Tax free Gebühren in dem Hotelpreis inbegriffen sein wenn ich für eine Person 3 Tage gebucht habe dann könnte man im Voraus sehen das für 3 Tage gebucht sind und die 9,- Euro in dem Preis inkludieren. Ich würde in so einem Namhaften Hotel Hilton gar nicht mehr Buchen einfach enttäuschend.

Sauberes Zimmer, nettes Personal Lage sehr gut, U-Bahn Station ca 5 Min entfernt. Parkplatz kostet 28€/Tag Frühstück war sehr lecker, die Fruchtsäfte waren mir persönlich zu wässrig, da würde ich mir einen Saft mit 100% Fruchtgehalt wünschen. Ich buche das Hotel wieder, war inzwischen 3 mal Gast

Das Zimmer war auf den ersten Blick schön hell und sauber, im Bad haben wir leider Haare in der Dusche gefunden. Ansonsten waren die Betten bequem, das Frühstück mit reichlich Auswahl und das Personal freundlich. Der Hoteleigene Parkplatz kostet extra und hat uns für eine Nacht nochmal 24€ zusätzlich gekostet, was vorher nicht angegeben wurde.
