Most importantly the hotel met our request of first floor room nearest entrance as we both have physical limitations. This was greatly appreciated. Bad feelings

We reserved 2 nights stay. First evening there was need to cancel the next day stay. Receptionists (2 of them) said that you must contact expedia/ hotels.com. BW side that is ok. I contacted and everything seemed to go well. Anyhow later next day there appeared an information that BW jotel denies and wants that we pay both nights... we were in the other city and in the other hotel. Very bad feelings.

Amazing staff, just-okay facility

The staff was awesome but the king size bed was terribly stiff and uncomfortable. The hot water only lasted 5 minutes and went straight to cold (even at 2:00 in the afternoon). No peep-hole cover so we stuffed it with tissue for privacy. The door didn't secure all the way unless you pushed extra for the latch to click in.

Canceled my reservation within allowed time and did not receive refund due to Expedia! $170.00 isn’t much to Expedia and Best Westerns but to someone on vacation that is a lot of money. Very disappointed.

Very loud room. Refrigerator made loud noises all night. Annoying. We were exhausted from being stuck on Rte 40 for 5 hours from and accident. Didn’t notice the town. Hair dryer didn’t work either. Staff was friendly and helpful. Average breakfast, nothing unique. Lean rooms.

Cold shower

There was no hot water upon arrival when my family tried to shower. When we called the front desk they told us to run the bathroom facet which we already tried. When they didn’t work they simple said they would make note of it. We went to bed without a shower and there was warm water in the morning. Breakfast was good. Check was smooth. Just don’t plan on having warm water at night.
