Excellent apartment, the host was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was clean, the pool and hot tub was a great facility. We did not have time to use the gym or sauna.i would recommend and plan to return in the future.

We had a one bed ground floor apartment that was a nice size. The owner let us check in early which was great. The swimming pool is small but there were plenty of sunbeds. It was easy to park there as there are eight spaces. It’s about a 10 minute walk down to Cavtat harbour but it is a steep hill on the way back. Regular shuttle boats to Dubrovnik or you can just get the bus there and back as the bus stop is about 200m from the apartment.

Pretty nice kitchenette, decent space with a balcony. View was pretty obstructed from room 3, boats were being stored and some construction going on, but technically could see the sea. Convenient location within walking distance from the many cute, seaside restaurants, though definitely some hills to walk back up. Comfortable bed and small shower but with good water pressure. Pool was small but looked to be a decent amount of lounge chairs—was rainy when we were there for just a quick afternoon and overnight. Room had AC but I still got pretty warm at night. You check in via a phone downstairs. No issues with noise from other guests!

The property was beautiful, clean and had a great bathroom. The property also had a washer/dryer which was free to use. You will need a car to go to the City of Dubrovnik (30 minutes) or go to the bus station located about 10 minutes by uber. It is close to many restaurant options. Great swimming pool and hot tub.

I needed a place near the airport for my last day in Croatia. This lovely studio with kitchenette was absolutely perfect. It was a 10-15 minute walk down to the waterfront in Cavtat which is lovely with quaint shops and plenty of great restaurants. The gelato is amazing!

Everything was accessible, bus stop short walk to Dubrovnik worked well (except for 1 day where it was over full coming back. Accommodation was fantastic and worked well for us. I guess this place is perfectbfor relaxing, it has a beatifull sea view, 9 min walking distance to a lot of restaurants, you can use the local bus to go to Dubrovnik and other nearby towns. The place has gym, laundry room, small cafeteria and grocery store is 2 min walk. Definitely coming back, it was the most peacefully place. If you really want to relax this is the right place.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Apartments Villa Lukas. The villa is in a great spot right above town (just a 10-15 walk). Luka was very kind and accommodating and the property itself is impressive. The pool was incredibly relaxing and our room was very clean and spacious. We only wish we had more time here!
