Lovely staff who were very helpful and allowed us to leave our bags, clean and quiet room in the heart of the city, comfortable. On the smaller side and provided plates, kettle, glasses but no tea/coffee or area to wash up.

If you stay at this property you’ll be right in the middle of everything - which I absolutely loved! It’s literally in Kings Landing if you’re a Game of thrones fan and all the restaurants, stores and sites are right under your nose. They also offer breakfast discount cards for a beautiful restaurant down the road that serves delicious omelettes.

In the heart of Dubrovnik and therefore also hard to get to with suitcases. Many steps. Had no view but was nice and central. The room was in good condition and comfortable. The bedsheets too small and came off during the night.

On the first night of my stay, the showerhead broke halfway through my shower, and the water temperature was hard to control. I ended up finishing the shower in a very awkward and uncomfortable way. Later, when I was about to go to sleep, I found that the air conditioner remote had no batteries, so I had to go the whole night without any air conditioning. When I told the hostess, she assumed I was the one who broke it. Upon checkout, she asked me for €20 for the city tax, even though I had already given it to her husband on the first day. Her response was, “Oh! Maybe I forgot!”

The location is perfect! Few things for you to know: - no elevator (few stairs) - no self check-in - no electronic key access (traditional key) - noisy (but it is expected) - no ironing option - no staff onsite - no safe (but I didn't needed, it looks pretty safe) - you have work with your check-in schedule to accommodate your host schedule to make sure she is there for you to access the building when you arrive. Host is super responsive and accommodating .

Perfect location, nice owner

Perfect location less than 30sec walk from the Main Street in old town. The owner is very nice and communicative. When I had an issue with my room, a room change was immediately offered. Bed was comfy and clean.The only minor ding is two of my bath towels had some long woman’s hair stuck on it, but not a big deal.

The property was in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. We were surprised upon arrival when our host requested cash payment for our room. She requested that I go down the street to an ATM machine to get the cash to avoid paying fees that would normally come out of her payment. This of course cost us a convenience fee which is not what we expected. If you plan to visit this property, be advised that you need to have cash on hand prior to arrival. Would not stay there again. Also, the shower head fell off in the shower which made it difficult to shower.

Beetje vergane glorie, badkamer is eigenlijk geen volwaardige badkamer op 2 m2 waar lavabo enkel maar grootte heeft van een in gastentoilet. Ligging is zeer goed waardoor wel veel lawaai van straat.
