Rooms Tezoro is a great place to stay in Dubrovnik! It’s not technically a hotel, so don’t expect full-service amenities—but that’s not a dealbreaker. The location is excellent, and the guys at the restaurant across the street handle the front desk and guest needs—they’re super friendly and helpful, though sometimes busy with restaurant duties. Our room was clean and comfortable; one small suggestion would be to add a shelf in the shower. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended for a Dubrovnik visit!

Needs a Refresh

The location is perfect but the noise level above the restaurant was very loud. The lighting was poor and bedside lamps were malfunctioning. It needs a refresh in aesthetics. We loved the area and the restaurant was great for dinner.

Clean and good location. Windows had no soundproofing at all. Hear the restaurant below until 1 am or so every night. Very hard to sleep. Bring your own soap and shampoo as the room does not provide

This is a budget end accommodation but it has character and location even if it has no lift (73 and 78 and we managed the stairs). Breakfast and Resto dinner al fresco right outside in the narrow Ulića Śiroka. Everything was clean, towels were soft, street noise in the evening is perfectly understandable for being right in the centre and just as atmospheric as the church bells. Maybe suggest checking the hot water temperature which is very high. Otherwise, we have been so pleased.

The area was too loud to be able to sleep in. I had no running hot water on two different occasions (and no, I didn't turn off the boiler switch). Finally, I felt rushed and a lack of attention during my check-in, a transaction vs. a welcoming stay.

This is an excellent location just inside the old city, the room was large and the beds are comfortable. Tezero also has a restaurant and when you stay with them they give you a 20% discount at the restaurant and it's a good restaurant. We highly recommend Tezero room.
