Nikola is a very kind & helpful owner. Hd went out of his way to help us in any way he could. A very convenient location for the bus to the Old Town of Dubrovnik & the port - it stops right outside the apartment. Sunset Beach, is a beautiful location & is a 5 minute walk down the hill. It is full of restaurants, shops (clothing etc) & there is kids play equipment in the water. The sunset is superb. Supermarket is just down the lane from the apartment which was basic but had all that we needed. The beds were acomfortable & the shower hot. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. We enjoyed it very much & will always have fond memories of our stay.

Wonderful apartment in Lapad

We had a wonderful stay my wife and I at Nikola Apartments. The apartment was really big and well equipt. A big living room and bedroom. Two bathrooms with showers was really great. It was just 5 min walk to the beach and the bus stop was just outside the apartment and there was a direct bus (no 4) to Old town which took only 10 min. Close to the apartment there also was lot of restaurants and shops. Nikola our host was really kind and gave us some really good information about Dubrovnik. We stayed 4 nights and would really like to come back sometimes in the future. We would very much recommend this apartment to everyone.

Great stay in a nice loft apartment, gorgeous view from the patio. Host was wonderful and very responsive to any questions or needs. Walking distance to the grocery store, great restaurants and the beach. Would stay again. Very nice stay in Dubrovnik and a big part of that was this apartment. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice quiet place with easy access to the ocean and the old town.

We loved our stay at Nikola apartment. The place was very nice, clean, quiet and not too far from the old town of Dubrovnik. About 10 minute with Uber ( around 7 euros). The owner is very nice and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived giving us many tips about the city. In brief, we had a wonderful time and we highly recommend this place if you do not want to stay inside the old town.

Fabulous location, bus stop right in front of apartments. Sunset beach is a 5 min walk with stunning sunset views and plenty of restaurant options. Quick bus ride into city, parking available at location which is a huge plus. Host was amazing, very responsive with anything we may need. Property updated and clean. AC covers whole house so its nice and comfortable after a hot day of exploring.

Pleasant stay

Nikola was very helpfull and available if we had any questions. The apartment was in nice condition and everything wars what we expected from the photos as well as the description. A very large upside with the apartment we had (A3), is the two balconies on separate sides that guaranteed sun at any time.
