Kudos! Loved the hospitality by Sumratin staff. The rooms were comforting after the hot summer climes outside. Enjoyed the rooftop pool and the bar . Highly recommend this for a relaxing vacay.

Excellent hotel right in the centre of Lapad. Close to shops, bars and restaurants as well as the beach. The hotel is modern and clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Would highly reccomend. The rooftop pool has great views and all sun loungers come with their own umbrella.

This is truly a five-star hotel. Everything is modern, exceptionally clean, and there's a delightful aroma throughout. The staff are very attentive, and the decor is brand new and contemporary. The breakfast is absolutely superb! The restaurant features live music almost daily, creating a wonderful ambiance. I highly recommend this establishment. The rooftop bar offers breathtaking views, although a larger pool would be a better experience. The beach is conveniently located within a 5 to 10-minute walk. Please note that the beach is pebbly, so I recommend bringing water shoes. Should you venture to the far end of the beach, sunbeds are available for rent at €20 each, and umbrellas can be rented for €10. LOVED THE HOTEL❣️

Fairly new hotel according to the locals. Great dining for breakfast and dinner. They even have pastry shop in lobby by promenade. Promenade is right outside lobby. Walkable to the beach. Room was spacious. View not quite expected but a great view from the rooftop. Pool is at rooftop. Great place to take it slow. Valet parking for extra fee. Which was fine with us since we drove. We took uber to Old town to avoid parking headache. Great stay. I recommend this place well. Staff was friendly. Housekeeping attentive to our requests.

We stayed for 8 nights and overall had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is new, modern and in a good location. Our room had a lovely balcony, and the air conditioning throughout the hotel was excellent. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights, with a fantastic selection and everything you could imagine. The rooftop pool area is also lovely, with a bar and restaurant. The food was very good, although service could be quite slow as the same staff seemed to serve both the pool and restaurant. Drinks were expensive and unfortunately the beer was never properly cold. The concierge service was disappointing. We asked about day trips and boat tours but were mainly told that everything would require a full day. We eventually booked independently outside the hotel and found options that suited us much better. The sauna is great, but having to book it in advance was frustrating. Reception told us it was fully booked one day, but when we went directly to the spa, it was actually empty and we were able to use it. Overall, a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and breakfast, but the service and organisation could be improved.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sumratin in Dubrovnik and had a fantastic experience. The hotel really stood out for its super modern design, with stylish interiors and a fresh, contemporary feel throughout. Everything felt new, well-maintained, and thoughtfully put together. The room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall layout made it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. I also appreciated the sleek bathroom and high-quality finishes. The location was another big plus—just a short walk to Lapad Beach and close to plenty of restaurants and cafés, making it easy to enjoy the area without needing to travel far. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available if needed, and the breakfast each morning offered a good variety of fresh options. Overall, Hotel Sumratin is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a modern, comfortable, and well-located stay in Dubrovnik. I would definitely recommend it and would happily return in the future.

Just returned from a 8 night stay at this amazing hotel. By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It’s pure luxury. Rooms very modern and very comfortable. Breakfast is everything you could wish for. Staff are so helpful and hard working. Roof top pool is fantastic with amazing views! Can’t wait to go again next year.

The Hotel Sumratin is perfect, the decor is lovely, the staff are very friendly with good recomendations and very attentive, the pool area is kept to a very high standard by the staff. The breakfast has something for everyone, we were happy to see probiotic and vitamin shooters, smoked salmon, pancakes with lots of toppings, fruit and yoghurt bowls and the omelette lady! Highly recommend and we will be back!

We could not have chosen a better place to stay! Hotel Sumratin is beautiful. The room was clean, spacious and modern as this hotel was opened just a few months ago. The location cannot be beat - right on the Lapad promenade close to restaurants, bars, stores and the beach. Every person on staff that we met were lovely - always greeting with a smile and so helpful and kind. The breakfast was excellent - great variety. Thank you so much for making our vacation so relaxing and we look forward to returning!

(single lady/solo traveler) I'm a yearly traveler around (Eastern) Europe and stayed in so many hotels, and this 5-star hotel had everything I was locking for! Very clean; safe, inside and outside; perfect area (close to the beach, but not to close); quiet; walkable; nice hotel amenities; great breakfast (perfect breakfast time 6:30am - 10:30am for early 'birds'); great location; beautiful view; most of all, the room I had was perfect, nice and very comfortable bed, very clean and modern; and then the whole hotel staff, so friendly and kind! 5* experience .. excellent newly finished hotel in a convenient location for exploring Dubrovnik. Service was excellent, wonderful bar, restaurant areas and amazing rooftop pool area with sea view. Breakfast was buffet style, perfectly presented with every option imaginable. Excellent quality. We opted for the deluxe room with partial sea view, definitely worth the extra as the view was special, rooms were beautifully finished. The mini bar was not stocked but we did have bottled water replaced daily and turn down service with chocolate ☺️ We did not have time to use the spa but there were saunas (unsure if there is additional charge) treatments were pricey. I would absolutely recommend the Sumratin to friends & family and am sure it will have a reputation as one of the best hotels to stay in Dubrovnik once established.
