Stay was overall good. Breakfast was great, resort is very beautiful and walkable. Plenty of pools and also very easy access to swim in the ocean. Also very good restaurants located on the resort and nearby. Only things that could be better is that the prices were a bit high, and room was a bit small.

Very clean hotel and the room is well equipped. The staff are very welcoming and helpful everywhere. The spa services are excellent! The breakfast is very good, does offer a good spread. Slightly disappointed with the dinner buffet and the fact that there simply aren’t enough sun beds for the room capacity. Otherwise the hotel is very nice and the old town is a 15min straightforward direct bus ride. The bus stop is right by the hotel.

The hotel was lovely overall and the room was nice and big but there was something about it we didn’t thoroughly enjoy, the outside space and the swimming pools felt crowded somehow although we always found space to sunbathe no matter the time of day. The restaurants were ok but not amazing and the breakfast we felt was lucking variety.

Beautiful Hotel. Situated in a good area, yes it is a 20min walk into Lapad, but if you want quiet this is the Hotel to go to. You can use all of the royal hotel group facilities. Breakfast was excellent. I found the Croatian people very obliging. The Bedroom was kept spotless and couldn’t fault the cleaners. I would recommend this hotel.

The sea becomes extremely deep almost immediately, yet there is no lifeguard on the beach watching over people in the water. There was only one lifeguard standing passively near the swimming pool area, which has a depth of just 1.5 metres. This is ridiculous considering how deep and turbulent the sea is. In addition, the railings leading into the sea are very old and covered in rust. I did not feel safe at all, especially while visiting with my child. The staff is unfriendly and not willing to reply to more than 2 questions. I don't recommend this hotel for the families with little children.

The views from this property are beyond amazing. We had planned a busy itinerary, but when we arrived and saw our room, we said "why would ever leave this to spend hours on a tour bus"? Upgrade to Sea View room overlooking the Adriatic, enjoy the many restaurants and pools, breakfast is unbelievable with unmatched scenery on the outdoor patio, the bus route to Old Town and major attraction is a short walk across the street and up a small hill to the left. Rides are free if you bought the 3-day Dubrovnik pass which gets you into almost everything. We want to come back, just to relax and stay at this resort. A memorable and magical place!

The hotel was great. Everything was perfect. Very nice rooms with an excellent view. I ordered a cake for my sister's birthday and it was perfect. The staff was super kind. The beds were very confortable. The swimming pool and the sauna were very nice. Breakfast was amazing. We loved our stay there, I hope we can go back soon!

Fantastic hotel with outstanding views. Nice walk along the boardwalk where there are restaurants etc & a shingle beach (no chairs to hire). Breakfast was lovely & staff excellent. Food at the hotel is expensive but if you cross the road & walk through the resort next to the bus stop there are minimarkets, souvenir shops & cheaper places to eat. Walk on 5 minutes more to Copocobana beach which is pretty. Buses to Old Town run every 10 minutes or so & dont cost much but be prepared to be squashed in! Nice rocky hotel beach with loungers & umberellas but we didnt sit there at the end after spotting a snake! Apparently domestic, protected & harmless but if you dont like snakes it may put you off sitting there. Lovely swimming off the hotel beach but bring surf shoes as there are sea urchins.
