It's a great hotel and in a great location. It was a shame that meal times could have done with some improvement. The buffet itself was satisfactory but it was hotel's attempts to maximise profit out of its customers that was disappointing. They provide drinking water at breakfast time but in the evenings if you wanted water with your meal you had to pay more than 5 euros for a medium sized bottle. This can get quite expensive for a family. The staff were kind. And the pool staff were kind enough to give us some suncream after we lost ours. On the whole we had a great time.

Great location. We had to pay for the beach beds although it's the hotel's beach. Checkout is at 10 which is too early. They charged €20 euros for two extra hours. (first they asked for €20 per hour). Breakfast was average.

Beautiful location, rooms were a little on the small side and with only limited storage for a week away. Breakfast was good - regularly filled up and lots of choice. Pool areas was nice and although we never had a problem getting 4 chairs together later in the day I did see others struggling and imagine it can get quite busy in peak season. Fantastic staff and facilities in kids club. Ate at beach bar and pizza restaurant that are part of the hotel and both were excellent. Cleaning staff were good and efficient. Main lobby bar was a bit souless. Very well geared up for kids. I would definitely go back to this resort and hotel. I last visited Dubrovnik area 20 years ago and whilst it is a beautiful place - I think Game of Thrones and too many cruise passengers disembarking has spoiled the atmosphere. It is very expensive.

the hotel has a great location directly by the sea, the property itself is nice and well maintained, and breakfast and dinner are good. the service seriously affected our experience. The issue was not simply occasional rudeness, but a general mindset of being unwilling to help. The sun loungers are packed so tightly that there is no privacy at all, you are literally touching the person next to you with your elbow. By around 9:30 it is almost impossible to find two loungers together. There are also no small tables or surfaces where guests can place basic things such as a phone, coffee or drink. the beach bar staff could simply decide that certain drinks were unavailable to togo because they were busy, meaning guests at the pool could not order them either. Reception was unable to resolve this. Food is also unavailable throughout the hotel between 16:00 and 18:00. On our last day, we sat down at 15:30, but nobody took our order until 15:55, only to be told the kitchen was closing in five minutes. After a discussion, we received food , but the experience was unnecessarily unpleasant. We asked from day one about a late check-out and were told to ask again on departure day. It was ultimately refused. As the hotel is a beach property, we then asked whether there was at least a shower facility. We were told hat after check-out we were no longer guests and we need approval from wellness department and again after discussion was this allows.

Out stay was fantastic! Hotel staff was attentive, responsive and accommodating. The only things I’d change is maybe adding a shop fir guests to get snacks in between meals. But otherwise, fabulous stay, WONDERFUL location. I will definitely return!

Amazing stay in April

Friendly staff, modern renovated design is very nice particularly the pool and spa area. Room was super clean and tidy, with an amazing balcony view from the annex. The beach and Mlini area are lovely and all close by.

Great stay!

Stayed here for 10 nights. The staff were very friendly and had good English. We were given clean towels everyday and beds were made daily. Mlini was stunning, nice to stay a short distance outside the busyness of Dubrovnik old town. It was about 12-25€ for an Uber into the old town, depending on the time. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back!

We had a Beautiful Stay. Staff was lovely and hotel was clean. We loved sauna and steam. Outdoor pool was nice as well along with sun beds. Only issue/feedback that we had that there is no Lift in annex building and my wife found hard to use stairs every time due to Arthritis.

A clean fairly large hotel with wonderful views of the sea and surroundings. Great location to access a couple of trips by boat and a few restaurants and bars within walking distance. Helpful staff and a good range breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean, fairly basic but fine. Beach access and pool were both easy. Despite all the signs, people still put towels down early in the day. They were at least free - as the beach area charges nearly 50 euro for our group of 4 per day which is very expensive.

Rooms are very small & in need of updating. Definitely a 3 star hotel. Room was clean though. Safe area. Very nice view of the sea & sunset. Dinner buffet was average, very cafeteria like food. Not worth 28 euros/person. Convenient location to the Dubrovnik airport- thats why we chose it. Only stayed 1 night.

Family trip in September

Great hotel about 20 minutes from the airport and another 15 minutes from Dubrovnik Old Town by car. Beds were very comfortable and room had coffee/tea making facilities, mini fridge and hairdryer. Buffet breakfast choices were many and varied but buffet dinner a bit uninspired. Hotel facilities very good with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and steam rooms, gym and spa treatments available. Pebbly beach and extra charge for beach loungers and umbrellas.Good, choice of restaurants along the seafront- a small, quiet resort so not over crowded and all very welcoming, polite and clean. Great ice cream choices!
