Only a €15 Uber from Dubrovnik. Set in a beautiful location in the quiet countryside. Comfortable - a home from home. Will definitely book again.

The host is great. She is attentive, very friendly, knowledgeable and has gone the extra mile to help. If you want a quieter place, away from the touristy areas but a 1 minute drive to the main coastal road, then this is it. Breakfasts are awesome with a view across the islands.

Had an incredible stay here! Our host Ana was very helpful with booking different activities and gave us amazing recommandations for different restaurants. And with our rental car we had the opportunity to visit the different beaches she recommended to us, as there are many hidden gems outside the main ones in Dubrovnik. Highly recommend staying here, Ana’s knowledge about the area made our holiday the best it could have been!

We had a beautiful stay with Ana and her family, they were very helpful and lovely people. Any questions we had, they jumped to the rescue. Orašac is a quiet but stunning town with a great local shop that has everything you need, a fantastic beach to swim and relax as well as a lovely home restaurant and cafe nearby. Our stay at this guesthouse in Dubrovnik was fantastic. Our suit’s balcony offered stunning views of the Adriatic Sea, and we loved having breakfast on the scenic patio. Ana and her mom were very warm and kind, and their ability to speak German, English, and Croatian made communication easy. The location was quiet and offered free parking, making it a perfect, peaceful retreat. Highly recommended!

Guesthouse Moretic - north of Dubrovnik

My stay there was fine - except for the lack of internet access. There is a good restaurant Babylon (with wifi) a short distance away toward Dubrovnik (3 or 4 km). Not much else around the Guesthouse property, though. The Moretic family running the place were very accommodating. I would stay there again, and preplan my internet use with restaurant visits. The view of the sea from their upstairs breakfast room is quite nice.

A vista é deslumbrante! A localização é perfeita, pertinho do centro de Dubrovnik, mas fora do agito. Há um mercado e restaurantes na proximidade. Nosso agradecimento em especial a Anna e sua familia que gerencia o local, são extremamente atenciosos. Local perfeito para estadia para quem visita Dubrovnik. For en utrolig snill og imøtekommende host! Ana møtte oss når vi kom og viste oss til rommet vårt, da vi kom ganske sent gav hun oss kun nødvendig informasjon på kvelden og ytterligere om buss og anbefalinger dagen etter. Rommet var ikke så stort og det var ikke tilgang på kjøkken el.l, samt at sengen var ganske hard, som gjorde at vi sov litt dårlig. Utenom det var det utrolig hyggelig å være der

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour de 2 nuits dans la maison d’hôte d’Anna. Dès notre arrivée, elle nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et attentionné. Ottima guesthouse

Un bel posto con tutto il necessario per stare bene. Consiglio davvero questa guesthiuse per il rapporto qualità prezzo. Ana è gentile e premurosa e fa tutto il possible ( e forse di piu) per far stare bebe presso si lei. Location comoda, un po' datata ma tutta pulitissima e accogliente.

Lite og koselig gjestehus med ni rom. Ana som vert

Det var ingen resepsjon på dette gjestehuset MEN Ana kom oss i forkjøpet og sto og ventet på oss. Hun lot oss velge rom, bar kofferter og informerte oss om frokost som hun administrerte selv fra kjøkkenet. Vi følte oss virkelig velkommen. Vi bodde her 8 døgn. Ana ordnet til og med betaling av P-bot som jeg hadde fått på en av utfluktene våre. Hun reiste selv til postkontoret og ordnet dette. Ana fikk mange gjester i løpet av disse dagene. Hun snakket foruten sitt eget morsmål (kroatiske) engelsk, tysk litt fransk og italiensk.... Kan anbefale dette stedet for de som ønsker å bo litt utenfor turistmagneten Dubrovnik.
