Excellent weekend away the room was well prepared and it was in an amazing location I couldn’t ask any more, the moment you step out of the property you have the amazing square and endless amount of restaurants! The owner was very professional and very helpful with the instructions to find the property! Am very pleased to highly recommend to stay in Cap rooms if you want to be close to all the central activities and gastronomy beautiful Dubrovnik has to offer! I will definitely be booking again in the near future!

A amazing location- perfect for a short stay in the old town. Very handy for all the activities we had planned. Pre-check in the staff were very helpful and informative via text/email- the instructions for getting to and accessing the property were well explained and easy to follow. They also offered airport transfers. Would definitely book here again as a base for exploring Dubrovnik and surrounding areas.

Excellent location. Loads of restaurants and shops. Close to everything. Be prepared to walk as no vehicles are permitted to enter the Old Town City Walls. Great food. Amazing views from the Panorama Restaurants. Staff very helpful. Communication is excellent.

Highly recommend this hotel. Size was great, host was lovely, bed was very comfortable. Only downside was the noise at night but that’s because it’s in the heart of the town. Nothing some ear plugs couldn’t fix. Would stay here again and again

Great location, clean and nice.

Wonderful location in the center of old town. Room had a nice king bed, small table and refrigerator. The only thing to keep in mind is parking in a parking lot can be exorbitantly expensive. From $100-$200 for 24 hours. We learned the hard way.

Location is good for exploring the Old Town but be aware of the noise during the late evening as in the centre, also opposite church bells which ring frequently. Basic room but was clean. Have to say the photos don't really portray correctly, the room was much darker even when shutters opened and the entrance is in a communal block of other rooms from other letters.

We stayed for 6 days befor flying back home Had trouble with connecting with staff when checking in. Staff didn’t respond to our text trying to find the place. No maid service during stay. We selfserved to tidy up and change used towels. Poor communication but the place is very convenient, safe and quiet

Si estaba limpia, la ubicación es en todo el medio de Old Town (hay que subir y bajar escaleras) por cómo está counstruida la ciudad + no existen ascensores) la habitación está en segundo piso cosa que puede ser icomodo para subir y bajar cosas pesadas. Pero está bien ubicada tienes todo cerca. En comodidad es promedio, la cama no es increíble y tiene pocas almohadas, pero no es fatal.

Totalmente recomendable

Dos habitaciones limpias y compartiendo hall, como si estuviésemos casi en un apartamento. Muy buena ubicación, en el mismo centro de la ciudad. Algo de ruido por la noche por la cercanía de las terrazas de algunos restaurantes pero asumible, compensado por la ubicación. Entramos en las habitaciones antes de la hora del check-in y nos permitieron dejar el equipaje en el hall el último día hasta por la tarde que teníamos el vuelo de vuelta. Las habitaciones contaban con nevera, set de té y café, secador de pelo, tabla y plancha y wifi. Contacto permanente vía WhatsApp para cualquier ayuda. Estancia totalmente recomendable.
