The property is in a great location in old town but that’s pretty much it. The room was small and the beds were uncomfortable. I was annoyed that I had to pay in cash as well and wasn’t notified about it after booking online.

Ren leilighet med fin beliggenhet. Aircon funger bra og service ved innsjekk var bra. Kun kontant betaling. Standard er normal hva man kan finne i gamle byen. Dessverre var der brukt et eller andet rengjøringsmiddel/duftmiddel som luktet helt forferdelig og vinduene var nødt til at stå åpen på natten pga av dette. Dubrovnik super herlig med travel atmosfære.

Apartment was in a great location, shower and bed were average. Host was very helpful showing us where everything was. Use the "North gate" to enter, saves you a 50 stair climb!

Très bon séjour à Dubrovnik, grâce à notre hôte qui nous a très bien accueilli et orienté dans la ville. L'appartement est dans la vieille, idéalement situé à quelques mètres de la rue principale (il faut aimer les escaliers par contre...). Nous avons eu celui sous les toits, plein de charme, climatisé au besoin, assez calme dans la nuit. Parfait pour être proche de tout ce qu'il y a à voir.

プジャ門から徒歩1分のアパートメント

初めてのドゥブロブニクだったので、すぐにホテルが見つかるかどうか心配しましたが、プジャ門から歩いてすぐのところでした。重い荷物を持って石畳の道を歩かなくても済みます。旧市街の中なので観光には至極便利、ロープウェイ乗場、城壁巡り、プラツァ通りもすぐ近くです。ただ、プジャ門の駐車場はタクシーの待合で混雑しているのとドゥブロブニクの駐車場はすごく高いので、荷物だけ降ろして歩いて10～15分のところにある Public Parking に駐車することをお勧めします。

Simple, Clean, perfect Location

Situated just inside the Ploce Gate on the east side of the Old City, this quaint three-room hotel is perfectly situated to tour the old city with easy access from the parking areas. This is important if one is carrying suitcases as the city has many irregular steps. The small rooms are simple yet have everything one needs to enjoy a night or several nights as they include basic kitchen appliances. There is a wonderful restaurant just around the corner that serves a delicious breakfast.

ドゥブロヴニク旧市街の北側に位置するアパルトメント。ピレ門側からだと急な階段があるが裏門からは近い。旧市街の観光にとても便利。飲食店も近くにたくさんある。部屋は清潔だった。アパルトメントなのでシャンプーや歯ブラシは持参したものを使用した。タオルやドライヤーはありました。ルームサービスも特に無いが困ることは無く、オーナーが連絡先を教えてくれるので安心。支払いはチェックインの時に現金のユーロで支払った。

街中でアクセスは極めて良いが、支払い方法に注意！

ドブロブニクの旧市街内にある小奇麗なホテル。看板はわかりにくいが、気さくな店主がうろうろしていて、すぐに迎え入れてくれた。多くのホテルがエクスペディアにカードで先払いすると思っていたが、ここの支払いは当日・現金のみであることに注意！ ホテルの部屋自体は広くてきれい。ワンフロアに一部屋。バスタブはないが、シャワーは十分な強さで出るし、使わなかったが簡易キッチンもあった。ドブロブニク中心部まで階段を下りてすぐだし、朝食も夕食も良いレストランが近くに一杯ある。

Superb Apartments within the City Wall.

Excellent apartments just within the city walls. Fantastic service from Pero the owner who couldn't have been more helpful. The apartments are small but in a superb location - just down the steps in 2 minutes is the Strada and before that lots of little cafes and bars. It really makes a difference to stay within the city walls in order to experience the breathtakingly beautiful city of Dubrovnik. And Pero was a star. Very helpful. Suggest you get him to organise your airport transfers also. Or at least meet you by the Buza Gate as the apartment can be a bit difficult to find first time around. Only drawback of the apartment is a steep climb to get to them from the centre but keeps you fit of course !

Charming and great location.

Loved our stay! Perfect location for enjoying the old city of Dubrovnik. Apts. are easily accessible if you are dragging suitcases--at top of stairs near Buža entrance. Groceries within short walking distance so you can stock beer, yogurt etc and cook a little on range top with two electric burner tops. Fair amount of necessary cooking utensils, plates etc and even two wine glasses to enjoy the excellent local wines. Dish soap, sponge, towel in kitchen area, soap dispenser at bathroom sink but none in shower so need own shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. Plenty of towels. Own housekeeping.

Great location with a welcoming host

A quaint little apartment in the heart of the old town, this is great accommodation if you only have a few days to check out the delights of Dubrovnik. The room itself was comfy with all the necessary amenities, while the bathroom was both clean and functional. Our host was most helpful in making suggestions of where and what to do while ensuring we had everything we needed. But it's the location that really makes this apartment such an appealing option.

Great location

The owner Pero was an amazing host. Bright personality and we had a great time at this beautiful city of Dubrovnik! Just be aware of stairs, there are a lot of stairs in the old city and this apartment is also above the stairs.

Convenient location

The apartment was in a very convenient location very near the city gate and the cable car. The apartment was clean and comfortable and you had everything you needed to cater for yourself if you so wished. The owner was very helpful indeed and let us keep ours keys after we had checked out so we could leave our luggage in the lobby until we left for the airport.
