Stunning balcony view, in a lovely quiet bay of Korcula. Easy trip to old town with buggies (details provided at check in). Great beach, and beach club…but as with all of Croatia at the moment, beware of how expensive everything is!

Beds not that comfortable, hot water unreliable. Location convenient to beach area and restaurants. Apartment spacious and clean. Nice to have a washing machine. It would have been a bonus to have a storage area for luggage as checkout is early at 10:00.

Overall a good stay. Since the property is a loft (with low ceilings) the only issue was the shower. It was difficult but manageable. Overall clean nice apartment with good access to anything I needed.

Kaikki sujui oikein hienosti majoituspaikan vastaavan henkilön kanssa. Avaimet oli noudettavissa helposti ja saimme asunnon käyttöön aiemmin kuin mikä infotietona on. Asunon alakerrassa kauppa, joten matkaa sinne ei ole kuin hissimatka. Sijainti oli meidän mielestämme oikein kiva ja kattoikkunasta voi ihailla auringonlaskua. Ainoa miinus oli huoneiston matala huonekorkeus. Suihkussa käynti oli esimerkiksi hieman hankalaa. Asunto kaikin puolin siisti ja viityisä. :) Majoittuisin uudelleenkin.

Property is located in a superior building and location with amazing views of Lapad and Sunset Beach. The pictures however do not reflect the property which is a loft with little usable space due to the extreme slant of the ceiling...other reviewers critical comments on head room are accurate. Also had major issues with Wi-Fi. Filip was as accommodating as possible...Thanks Filip.

Hat alles geklappt, mit Transfer usw. War dann aber niemand da,der uns das Zimmer übergab. So mussten wir die 1. Nacht in einem anderen Hotel übernachten, was natürlich mit Mehrkosten und Ärger verbunden war! Sonst war alles gut.

리셉션데스크가 따로 없어 매우 불편했습니다. 차를 주차해야하는데,,,, 데스크가 없고 따로 호스트가 마중나와서 접선(?)하듯이 키를 받고 설명을 들어야하는 시스템이더군요,,, 전화가 안되는 상황이었어서 그런가 거의 두시간을 헤맸던 기억이 있습니다. 한국으로 치면 콘도와 비슷한 시설인것 같은데 현지기준 신축콘도미니엄?에 속하는듯 한데,,, 옥상집을 줘서 그런가 집의 절반은 천장이 지붕경사여서 허리를 굽히고 다녔습니다.... 욕실은 따뜻한물 사용제한이 있는지 따뜻한물이 나오다 말다 합니다. 밤에 추웠던건 계절탓이니 그렇다 치고 다행히 추가담요를 제공해주어서 잘 지냈습니다. 객실내 비치되어잇는 콘도미니엄 사용설명서가 있는데 you must 로 시작하는 약 20여가지의 룰이 적혀있으니 그냥 보시지 말길 권해드립니다. 숙소위치 자체는 구시가지에서 떨어진 해안가에 위치해 있습니다. 굳이 차를 빌릴필요없이 버스로 이동하기 좋게되어있으나 처음이용시에는 헤맬가능성이 있겠네요, 다시 간다면 그냥 불편하더라도 구시가지 잡을듯 싶습니다. (해안가는 다른 도시에서 많이 관광하고 올테니,,,) 럭셔리 아파트먼트라는데,,, 별로 추천하고 싶지 않습니다.

ACHTUNG - ATTENTION - DO NOT BOOK

We booked apartment "Lukas". It was described as a loft of 180 sqm. There is nothing luxurious about this lodging. Forget what you see on most pictures. You do not get a terrace or balcony. After leaving the lift on the last floor you have to climb up stairs one more floor. This "loft" is not a generous apartment with lots of space. The apartment is located in the attic of an apartment complex. It is a narrow, flat room, where you can stand upright on a width of 2 m and must move in a bent position otherwise. It is not possible to comb your hair in the bathroom in front of the only mirror in the apartment if you are taller than 1,60m. On the photos you can see our 12 year old daughter, which is about 1.60m tall. In response to the complaint to the provider we only received the answer that we got what we booked. This is not true, because the booked 180 sqm are not available, but the price is required. And it was no where stated that this apartment is that flat that you can not stand or sit upright.

false advertising

I reserved this "luxury" apartment in Dubrovnik via Orbitz and when I arrived none of the pictures I saw online corresponded to this garbage rental. This property is an attic apartment with roof lines so steep that one cannot even stand in the shower tub to take a shower. (See attached photo of myself standing outside the tub. If one stands in the tub the clearance is even smaller than what is shown.) My wife hit her head on the roof when she sat down on the couch. Antonio Luxury Residence in Croatia does their business based on false advertising to take advantage of tourists arriving at their city. I had to find another hotel and spent an additional $100 for one night besides the fact that I lost 2 hours of the 10 hours I had to visit Dubrovnik. If I were you I would not touch these folks with a 30-foot pole. Very dishonest people.

또가고 싶은곳

크로아티아 여행중 제일 맘에 들었던 숙소입니다. 올드타운 계단을 오를 자신이 없어서 라파드 지역으로 알아봤는데 탁월한 선택이었어요. 버스정류장도 정말 가깝고 건물1층엔 마트도 있구요. 필요한 모든것이 있어서 편안한 여행이 되었습니다:)
