Found big spider 🕷 around 11pm ish. Called front desk n notified. I even took a picture. When i was checking out around 8:50am ish, no one was at desk. I called assigned ph#, he said just dropped off keys at Dropbox. Disappointed of the place

The room was great! To advise breakfast as an amenity? A waffle iron,a few breads/ bagels ,and stale cereals? Let's not even talk about the watered down juice. I didn't expect much, and was proven correct. Please bring this up a few notches and you'll be a all-around winner

Check in was a hot mess and we didn’t get the room we booked. The employee was helping multiple customers at once and struggling. There were obnoxiously loud and drunk people banging on doors and falling into walls almost all night but no staff intervention.

Definitely not up to Super 8 standards. Room we were given had a definite covered up smoking odor. When we asked for a non-smoking room again, they said all our rooms are smoke free. So we had to ask for a room that “smelled better”. The next room we were given had sheets that were stained as well as the pillowcases. Stained with blood and other spots. The cooling heating and fan system did not work at all. The window windowsill was filthy. We will not stay there again.

You could hear everything going on in next room. Door locks worked when they wanted too. Got an upgrade due to lack of staff to clean the room we booked.
