The Grafton saved us after another hotel cancelled our reservation. Gareth checked us in and was great to work with. The hotel is very nice with large rooms ( by European standards). It is also centrally located in downtown Dublin so we walked everywhere. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The location is perfect for easy walks to a plethora of options. A friendly and efficient staff was always helpful. The only negative was the failure of housekeeping to replace toilet paper and facial tissue. Other than that, all was positive.

The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that you feel welcomed, safe and taken care of. The location cannot be beat as it is in the heart of Dublin. Noel our concierge was amazing and made the experience even better with all of his helpful suggestions. The breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay from beginning to end and plan to be back!

The hotel is situated right in the centre of all the action. Close to Grafton Street, O'Connell street and most of the historic places, all within walking distance. Our classic king room was quite large (no drawers for clothes so we lived out of suitcases) but it had an iron and ironing board, mini fridge and a safe. The bathroom was very adequate and the amenities were good value. The most impressive was the staff that work there in every capacity. The front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful and all other staff at their stations were respectful, welcoming and kind. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who asked me.

The room was small with no storage. The bathroom was generous and the room was clean and attractive. The mattress was thin and hard. I think it’s time for a mattress upgrade. We were in an interior room and it was so very quiet. Overall I would recommend the hotel and its great location.
