Perfect location for bars and restaurants, the hotel is ultra modern with lots of touch buttons in the rooms. Available spa if you want to relax but best book treatments before your stay. The staff were lovely, friendly and nothing was too much trouble, and Temple bar is a 5-8 min walk if you want the night life. We were very pleased with hotel and would highly recommend it.

The room was nice and spacious, however house keeping was very patchy. The staff were very measured and professional. I made two complaints about housekeeping and breakfast. Breakfast is greasy and simple and not what you would expect from a 4* hotel. It’s just as good as a travel lodge. The location is great and the hotel is quiet The manager did address my concerns and gave me discount on dinner, but still worth considering these issues.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the room was very clean. I loved the controls for the curtains and bathroom door, really added the extra touch of luxury. The spa facilities were lovely and relaxing, after a full day exploring the city it was just what we needed.
