Location great. Room is clean and neat. Downside: you have to go downstairs to iron your clothes and there is no air conditioning system in the room. I would not book again in the summer. The room was too warm for comfort. Room does have a heater for colder climate.

Make no mistake when booking, this student accommodation, although modern, it is, at best, equivalent to a private room in a hostel. So if you are not getting it at have the price of a hotel room, do not book as you will be very disappointed in your investment choice. Why? Because there is no A/C, the rooms are tiny, the bed is up against the wall, and has no top sheet ..only a comforter that is far too warm in the summer; the shower was nice but moldy black in the corners. Light sleepers beware, you will not sleep well, as the noise from the bar next door or within the building, the hallway noise (when doors auto slam), are enough to wake the dead.

Cancelled booking a week before trip

I was asked to review my stay after the property cancelled my booking for 3 rooms for 3 nights only a week before our trip. Had a nightmare rebooking, with Taylor Swift playing and it being Pride weekend.
