No hot water for shower for the third person in the room if the three guests had their showers in a row. No additional towers provided even though the guests requested with dirty towers already returned to the housekeeping earlier the day. When I placed my booking with full payment via Expedia, I could not find any disclosure of insufficient hot water for bathing and restrictive supply of towels by the aparthotel. If I have known about these 2 issues, I would not have booked this aparthotel. Also the receptionist was not helpful and her attitude towards customers needed further training in order to work in the service industry.

Very nice property in great location, moderate walk to city center. Lots of space and washer/drier very useful. Liked this property so much that we changed to a Staycity in Edinburgh. Parking was at a nearby Staycity. It would help if there was a map on driving from parking garage to the front of this facility. Staff were exceptionally friendly and professional.

Excellent apartment for our Dublin visit

We very much enjoyed our 3 night stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, had all the facilities we required and easy walking distance to central Dublin. The staff were always friendly and very helpful. The app required for keyless entry was new for us but the staff were very helpful in setting up and acquainting us with it's use. Overall an excellent stay.

Really friendly staff. Good location. Most things were under a 15 min walk away plus on route with the hop on bus. Only issue was the parking lot was a about 10 mins away and we were told 3 mins. Rooms are spacious. In room laundry was a huge bonus!! Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Great communication and location was in great part of Dublin. Highly recommended. We even had an early flight that changed and they arranged for a car to the airport at 430am

We have stayed here three times. The property has been updated nicely to make it feel bigger with more comfortable beds. Excellent location, quiet and perfect for families. Front desk staff was always pleasant and helpful. Be aware that they are doing keyless entry now so a smart phone is required to access apt and there are no instructions on how to use appliances which can be tricky.

Great location and perfect arrangement for our family. Parking was convenient. Only issue was that hot water failed and they knew how to fix, but we didn’t call in time. Signage would have helped.

Loved the receptionists and maintenance guys. All very nice and extremely helpful! Made our stay a great one. The rooms had a fully equipped kitchen and it was nice being able to cook in. Close to all the main attractions. Balcony was nice to have to sit outside. Parking garage was hard to get to and a bit far from the hotel.
