Perfect location to tram For the city centre. Leisure centre could do with being updated but otherwise ok. Break ya axing well worth the charge.

The staff made us feel very comfortable food was excellent. The place was clean and tidy this our 2nd time of using this hotel and will do in the future when back in Dublin visiting family.
Lovely building, good food, friendly and entertaining staff, live music, next to two garages, a short walk from the bus stop and the tram.

Great character building, lovely bar and great food! Atmosphere in evening was brilliant. Unfortunately the room was very cold, despite extra heater left in the room
Pleasant stay at this hotel. Speedy check in lovely big room. Bed was not the most comfortable, but have stayed here before and never had this issue so assume it was a once off.
In general very good. Only breakfast was disappointing, bagel was old and cottage cheese was added in a hurry and on only one spot. Order for full breakfast was mixed up
We had a lovely stay here with family, staff lovely, rooms clean and nice and warm I've been here a few times and I would diffently recommend this hotel it is also handy to the to the tram into the city centre 😊
We were allocated a room with very restricted headspace and more suitable for single occupancy albeit it was a double the room had undergone some deep cleaning and the smell of cleaning agent was overwhelming in the room. When we requested a change of room we were told the hotel was fully booked yet no less than 6 to 8 rooms were available to book online right up to midnight.....
The hotel is fab, only negative is that the roof design is on a sharp slope meaning you have to bend down to slide into the bed, if not you bang your head, which i did on several occasions.

It's dated and needs a lick of paint, the room was small for a twin and was really only fit for a single room, and there is a construction site within a few metres of hotel, staff were fine.
Hotel accogliente e pulito, buon servizio.
Cosigliatissima !
