Great hotel, would recommend it! Staff was very courteous and always helpful. Room is big and clean. Well stocked with tea and coffee. I was disappointed that the refrigerator wasn't working. But other than that, I have no complaints.

The hotels, grounds and restaurants were wonderful. All staff was attentive. This is out of their control but the two nights we stayed, there were drunk girls screaming, yelling, and slamming doors in the hallway at 1am both nights. This reminds us why we stay at rental properties unfortunately.

We travelled to Dublin for our friend’s wedding and stayed at St. Helen’s Hotel for two nights. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, and we were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade with an amazing view. The hotel itself was beautiful, but the outdoor garden wedding venue was absolutely stunning. It made such a beautiful setting for a wedding, and we would definitely recommend St. Helen’s for both a stay and as a wedding venue. We had a wonderful experience.

This hotel has a beautiful setting but too far from the city center. The restaurant on site is expensive, so overall not a convenient place. The staff members are very friendly and the maids are efficient. But the hotel itself is old and needing upgrades.

The property was lovely with nice sitting areas and grounds. However the mattress was needing to be replaced. The shower hoses would not spray correctly and stay up to be used as a shower. Staff really didn't seem concrrned or interested in addressing the issue.

Our stay was wonderful Nico (im not sure how to spell it ) he was absolutely 110% personable, helpful and accommodating to our needs even gave us a short tour with so much history on St Helen's. He is a huge asset to the staff. I would recommend this beautiful place to everyone i know. The only thing that is missing is a hair dryer and wash clothes.Thank you for a wonderful stay. There are many things i like about St Helens, a couple of things that could be improved, we stayed a year before the present stay, in the same room, the fridge was broken when we stayed a year ago and was still broken this time, it should be fixed. Sometimes we would be out all day having left the "service our room" and it would not get done, that's fine for one day but not two days in a row. Other than that, Staff are lovely, the rooms are big, the food is good, the parking is great and we like the area.

What a stunning hotel!! Super clean, lovely staff, an amazing breakfast, and rooms have air conditioning!! Plus, it’s in a wonderful location! A few miles from the city center but far enough away, that there isn’t crowds and noise! It is also back off the road with trees (a mini forest) around it with a walking trail! Absolutely wonderful! Could not have stayed at a better hotel while visiting Dublin!

Had a great time at this hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Beautiful hotel. Only downside for us was we didn't have a freestanding shower - it was a bath with the shower over. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
