Absolutley perfect spot for our family to stay, close to bus, and short walking distance to visitor attractions. Horse Show house a block away, nice spot for a drink and food. Would recommend to anyone.

Handy for Aviva stadium

I was there for rugby match at Aviva stadium just an easy 20 minute walk away so this was an ideal place to stay. Facilities were excellent and the coffee machine in foyer much appreciated.

Liked the clean room with modern decor, good wifi, quiet, comfortable bed with bedside plug. Usb ports by TV. Excellent shower. Tea and coffee facilities with large kettle. Convenient area opposite my conference venue at Intercontinental. Windows open and air con worked well. Friendly staff.

Had a spacious, clean and tidy room. Just what we wanted after a long flight. The walk into Dublin City centre takes about 30 mins and it’s easy to navigate your way, thanks to the helpful directions from cheerful young lady at reception. There’s a bus stop right outside front door and DART train station is just around the corner too. So convenient. No complaints. Would happily stay there again.

3 night stay over new year

Stayed for three nights over new year, arrived late due to a diverted plane but was pleased to be greeted by a friendly face on reception and a spacious clean room. Didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel as we were in the city centre sampling the pubs bars and Guinness, but have no complaints regarding the room or helpfulness of the reception staff. Breakfast was included in the price but lacked selection, we grabbed a couple of croissants when there was any left and left the hotel for a proper breakfast elsewhere. Local shop nearby along with canny little pubs and restaurants which was handy not having to make the journey into Dublin centre. Would definitely stay again, provided they can offer more in the way of breakfast... I feel they should cater for hangovers !

Friendly staff. Clean common spaces. Good location for public transportation. Close to many restaurants and cafes (walking distance). Complimentary Nescafé coffee. Laundry room available at no charge. Room not cleaned regularly (garbage and towels changed once during week stay). Room had strange musty smell (in basement). Kitchenette in very good condition. Very good price compared to other hotels in same area.
