Small rooms, but we hardly spend any time at the hotel as we were usually out exploring the city! Fairly close to tourist attractions. Comfy beds and friendly staff. Only wish the room had a mini fridge or at least an ice machine in the bldg.

The property was clean and well maintained. The bed and doona were excellent for ensuring a good night's sleep. Breakfast is fresh and levels were maintained throughout the service period. A couple of instances occurred where staff appeared ro ignore us, once when trying to get ti the front door with others and it would not open even though visual contact was made and the other when waiting to be seated for dinner and the restaraunt was essentially empty. The location is clean and quiet and everything is within walking distance

Pretty good breakfast buffet, restaurant on site has really delicious dinner options. Staff are so kind and helpful. Nice big room although it was a bit hot in our room. Blackout curtains which was nice. Located in a very nice area of Dublin with most tourist attractions no more than 30 mins walking away. Would stay here again for sure!

Highly recommend this hotel. Each and every staff member greeted us daily, the room was extremely spacious and clean and, the breakfast buffet was delicious. Added bonus the Go Dublin Hop on Hop off stop is literally just outside the front door and you are steps away from one of the newest distilleries in the city. We used the Go Dublin Express Airport Shuttle to get two/from the airport. Close stops to the hotel and easy to locate.

Biggest issue was the thermostat. Locked out at the lowest at 19 degrees. It would turn off in the middle of the night and we‘d wake up and it would be 24 degrees. Temperature is important to getting good sleep. The hotel always felt understaffed. Like they were doing the jobs of two people. When we asked about thermostats or getting a fan we‘d get different answers and no feedback or updates. Breakfast was not good. Went once and preferred going out into the neighborhood. Lots of options nearby. Hotel was quiet though which we did like. Recommend spending a little more to get better service and a hotel that doesn’t feel like they are desperately trying to save money and the expense of their guests.
