The Rooms and bathroom were clean and vey nice. The beds were comfortable. The Lobby is nice and staff very friendly. They held our luggage behind counter since we arrived at 10:00 am and check in is at 3:00. I would stay here again.

Overall ok stay. Nearby tram so although not central not a problem. Only one chair in a room that slept at least 3. One large, one twin bed. No refrigerator. Short on towels, had to ask staff for more. Phone disconnected, had to go to reception physically for help. Beds comfy enough. Breakfast a must do if you like full.

A huge thank you to the housekeeping staff and John Luke for finding my daughter’s lost teddy after we had checked out and flown back to Canada. I’ve never had a lost item at a hotel returned, so when the hotel confirmed Bun Bun had been found, it meant a lot. I would highly recommend the Premier Inn Docklands for a convenient Dublin stay. The family rooms are perfect for a family of four and it is very modern and clean. The hotel is just steps away from the Luas so it very easy to head to the heart of downtown if you do not want to walk all the way. It is also very convenient if you are arriving/departing by train at Connolly station or a flight to/from the airport. Great value. 10/10 recommend.
