Hotel and staff were excellent and friendly and cleanliness was impeccable. Location for me was on point. Only concern was breakfast area needs more attention as cutlery and mugs seem to disappear quickly and many guests have to repeatedly ask for things. The food trays need to be an hotter temperature as my beans and black pudding were cold. Other than this very good.

Location is round 25 minute walk from Temple Bar and 30 mins to Smithfield BUT close to the calmer Camden Road (Famous for the Camden Road Mile to the centre, lots of lovely irish pubs and restaurants). Also a nice walk along the canal to St Stephen's Park. Staff are friendly enough. Would be nice to have biscuits in the room.
