This is a service apartment not a hotel. It has a well-equipped shared kitchen, laundry room and gym. It’s not very closed to city center, however there are many shops around. It takes around 30 minutes to train central station and 1 hr 10 minutes to the airport. I like this place

Well-located efficient studio with delightful staff (especially Javier & Maria). Plenty to walk to in the area. The studios are small but there are large & attractive shared use spaces (gym, lounges with plenty of seating and spacious kitchens, meeting rooms, etc). Very clean! This was my 2nd stay at a Niche property and it went very well. Having access to multiple laundry machines makes everything very efficient. The staff and manager go out of their way to help make things smooth or fix little inconveniences.

We had such a wonderful time at the NicheLiving . We hosted dinner for our Trinity college students and their friends . The rooftop terrace, laundry room, lichens, flat room were all absolutely wonderful. I will make sure to let the Trinity parents Know of this wonderful place!

I stayed here for one week: Feb 2025. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, the entire place is spotlessly clean, and the room is incredibly well organized. My room was small - like a very posh college dorm😂 - but I never felt cramped because the layout and design was so well done. Bed was so comfortable! I highly recommend!

One Night in a Studio

Interesting idea to take the purpose built Studios into "hotel-style" rooms for short term lets, in my case one night. It is NOT a hotel, but it doesnt pretend to be. The studios are well equipped, but the Murphy Bed, when down, makes the rest of the room very compact. Very clean, loved the shower room, but clearly the rooms are designed as if for Student Accomodation - It reminded me of long bygone days at University.

Extremely unsupportive mattresses in the pull out beds. Unless you like feeling as though you’re sleeping on the floor, best to pass on the lack of back support.
