Clean. Room ready as promised. Easy check in process. Annoying thermostat timeout issue where it would turn off after several hours, especially annoying at night.
Overall the hotel itself was great! The restaurant was clean and served great meals. The staff at the restaurant was not great, they were not busy but not available? The housekeeping was great but I did notice a stain (set-in) under the duvet cover. The hotel is in an amazing area and the rooms are stunning with fantastic bathrooms. If you ignore the flaws, it is a great place to stay for the area.
