The hotel is well situated for an easy walk to the local establishments and local transit lines. The hotel was clean and the room was a little small for a family of four, but we weren't in the room much for this to be an issue. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

We had a very nice week-long stay. Everything was new, clean and well-designed. We really appreciated the Nespresso machine, dishwasher, fridge and quiet, air conditioned room. The staff were friendly and helpful (especially Maria at breakfast). Breakfast was nice and included a good variety although the food was the same everyday and could have been a little hotter. We would definitely stay there again!

I cam to Dublin from Canada and stayed at this property for 23 nights while I had family in a nearby hospital. I checked in on the second day the hotel was open, and used it as a temporary base of operations for work, living, and managing my family emergency. The staff were outstanding; friendly, accommodating, eager to ease my burden in any way they could. Special shout out to Tim and Lau for making it feel like home away from home. There were some technical bumps with wifi, TV settings & apps, elevator timing, and trivial things like that - to be expected with a brand new property - but the staff able to solve all my issues quickly and easily. The rooms were clean, and much more spacious than some of the other places I stayed in the area in my first few days, and the amenities (cooking surface, dishwasher, microwave, in-room desk & couch, on-site laundry) made my life exponentially easier for such a long stay. The immediate area has some...character, but I never felt unsafe walking to and from the hotel. Easy access to transit, and walking distance to everything else I needed: food, drinks, groceries, shopping, etc. Would absolutely recommend, especially for travels planning longer stays.

This is a new hotel that opened a month before we arrived, its clean in a great location for walking to all attractions and also close to both tram lines and the train station for heading out of dublin. The included breakfast also had a great selection of hot and cold foods. Would 100% stay again
