Staff were lovely especially Francis the manager she was outstanding. There were nice touches in the room including lovely fluffy towels, rituals product, tea coffee and biscuits and bottles of water. The location is in walking distance of the city centre and is close to the airport.

Close to the heart of Dublin there was plenty to do and see a short walk or bus ride away. They had umbrellas to loan if the weather was bad. Restaurant and bar were good, however the hours for the kitchen were not posted. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only drawback was the fact that they do nothing about the drunken guests shouting in the halls and slamming doors at 1:30 am just about every night.
