The rooms were clean and well maintained, good place to stay for the price listed. Just FYI for the double beds are on the smaller side, ok for 2 travelers but may be small for taller guests.

Very convenient central location with plenty of shops, cafes, and bars nearby. Student halls of residence during term time means you get access to laundry, gym and common areas on site. Also access to a fully equipped kitchen although I couldn't get the cooker hobs to work and had to ask to get the bins emptied as they were full and overflowing suggesting a less than comprehensive cleaning programme. The bicycle storage area was uncovered and outdoors, and a bit makeshift.

Friendly and helpful reception staff on arrival. Room very clean, if a little small, but perfect for a short break. Well equiped shared kitchen and sitting room. Location great as a base to explore the city. Check-in information needs updating as it says after 5pm you need to contact them to arrange, also contact phone number did not work.

Very clean room, the bathroom was a fair size and room to store clothes/luggage. Bed was a little lumpy and no AC in the bedroom. The common areas had great AC and the kitchen was clean and well kept.

Good location only 10 min walk to city centre and attractions. Checkin was simple. Basic accommodation with no drinks and only smaller bath towels, no hand towels. Got very warm as there is poor ventilation and no AC. Had to pass through no less than 10 doors with key fob to get to the room. Good cafe only 2 mins away. Be aware that its a student dorm.

You definitely get what you pay for. I had a double room for one person with a bathroom. It was a good size, loved the shared kitchen facilities and the commons spaces were all really well taken care of. Staff was great and the building is very secure. My only issue is there was a smell in my room from the moment i walked in for the full two weeks! Maybe a past resident or a nearby room. Other guests were very noisy for a few days, as the walls are rather thin and the doors slam loudly. The area (parnell street) seemed a bit dodgy at first but i actually really liked the location; shops and tons of restaurants around. They provide soap and body wash, shampoo. The towels and sheets never smelled fresh/clean though my room was cleaned twice and before i came in of course. Great place if youre a solo traveller on a budget and tolerant! Also my sink was clogged for several days.

The room was clean and staff was friendly, but the room was less than a third of the size of what the listing showed. It was fine to just sleep in, but there wasn't enough room for my traveling partner and I to even just stand next to each other, or anywhere to really keep our suitcases besides the singular walkway from door to bed. The room was also ridiculously hot at all times, so we had to sleep with the window open and the street outside was quite noisy. We were kept up most of the first night by people screaming and smashing bottles right outside our window. If you're just using this as a place to sleep it was fine, but definitely not the nice spacious room we were expecting.

Very friendly staff. Good location. Good amenities. The room was a little smaller than I thought. Bed was sunken in the middle and the springs in the mattress were annoying. Shower drained extremely slow. Good stay if you plan to be out and about all day and want to save some money on lodging.

The property is student residences and it was very clean and comfortable. The price was very affordable. There is a shared kitchen with the TV that you can use while there. The only thing is is that the rooms can be kind of warm and warm weather but I opened my window and I was fine. It was about a 10 to 15 minute walk to town, which was fine by me

Clean but is student housing during the school months. Very clean close to most major attractions. No ac and windows on the ground level hardly open so during hot days expect it to be toasty. Since it is student housing at night the courtyard can be heard with the voices of some students or guests.
