The hotel is conveniently located--there were plenty of attractions and food spots that we were able to walk to! The neighborhood was lovely. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, one of them even waited with me when I was expecting my food delivery to make sure I was okay. The room was clean and the beds /bedding were comfortable.

The staff went over and beyond to assist in all we needed. It was very clean, and the 7th floor bar and sitting area was great. There was 6 in our party, so we would set a time to meet and we were able to wait comfortably in the sitting area until everyone arrived. Again, the staff was amazing, ordered taxi's for us and would let us know when the taxi arrived. My first trip there and would definitely stay there again

Great Staff

The staff was excellent from check in to check out. We were celebrating a big birthday, and they delivered a special dessert at breakfast and again at dinner. We have never stayed at an Aloft, but will definitely do so again!
