The room was perfect, clean and modern with everything I needed. The staff, especially Paris, was absolutely lovely and helpful with every request. The hotel was conveniently located near the conference I was attending on O’Connell Street. I loved everything about my visit to Dublin and would return to the Academy Plaza again.

Great hotel centrally located in the centre of Dublin . The hotel is located about a 15 min walk from the Temple Bar Area , which is great if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city night life . Very walkable city with everything close to walk to . Would stay here again and very convenient for tours as across the street at the Rui is the meeting place to catch most day trip tours which we booked through Viator .

The room was spotlessly clean. Super comfy bed & pillows. Air con available which was much needed! Beautiful bar area downstairs. By far my favourite hotel I’ve stayed din in Dublin. Situated in the shopping area rather than bar/pub area which means it’s a quieter sleep but only a ten minute walk. Perfect for myself and family.

Great location and a comfortable, well appointed room. Airport lost our luggage and staff were terrific, we were able to rent adapters etc- lots of helpful info. Only issue was there was no parking or deal on parking in the nearby lots- for the price of the room- to pay an extra $70 for one night parking seemed exorbitant .

The location is perfect. The beds are comfortable but the rooms are very dark. Not enough lights. I ate breakfast there and it was ok. The eggs were overcooked but there was a good variety. It's a buffet so you can have as much as you can want.

Pleasant hotel in centre of Dublin. Station and attractions close by within 15 to 20 mins walk. Room was clean and pleasant. We didn’t eat at the hotel choosing to dine out every day. We did have coffee and pasties in the coffee bar in reception which was good. Staff were pleasant and attentive. The bar was good, we had one night in here. The hotel is nice and quiet the only drawback was the bathroom was tiny and the shower small.

This is a very nice hotel off the main drag so it is a bit quieter. It was very hot when we were there and the air-conditioning was working quite well. The staff was very helpful and considerate. Breakfast was very adequate with warm as well as cold food. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others who are traveling.
