We stayed in the Deluxe King room and had a great stay. The room is very spacious, the shower pressure was great and the bath was an awesome feature. Location was quiet and convenient. The only negative was that none of the windows in the rooms locked. I mentioned this to staff upon check out and was advised they are aware that they don’t lock and was assured there and cameras around the property. I personally don’t feel this is a satisfactory situation.

A great place to stay

A really nice place to stay when visiting Dubbo. The room was large, the bed super comfortable. Bathroom was a decent size with a good shower. Good amenities provided and appreciated having a microwave in the room. Very friendly and obliging staff on reception. Good options for food nearby. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

We had a friendly and welcoming check-in with a fresh and cold bottle of milk to make a much needed cup of tea. The room was spotless had everything we needed for our stay in Dubbo. The huge bath was great for soaking away the strains of a long drive. The pool, whilst not huge, was also a great addition to cool down when the temperature outside reached 40 degrees. The A/C also worked really well in the extreme heat. Overall we had a really great stay at the Shearing Shed. Thanks

You get what you pay for

A large and comfortable room and they came to clean daily. A good price. Reception was incredibly smokey and the motel is on a main road so sleeping was difficult as it was very noisy.
